Weekly On Ice Training sessions
Skills Academy (U13- U16)
April -June 2023, Scotia Barn
Work in a fast-paced practice that will get you working game skills at High Tempos with lots of Reps. It takes 10,000 hours of perfect practice to master a skill. Work with Hockey Canada Skills coach Whitney Juszkiewicz on your game and take it to the next level. This program pairs great with Spring Teams. This is not a beginner class.

Coach Development & Mentoring
Whitney Juszkiewicz is a Master Coach Developer and BC Hockey Coach mentor. She has been working with coaches and Minor Hockey Associations for over 5 years developing & strengthening coaches in BC. Whitney has tailored development weekends in Powell River, Gibsons, Dawson City, Salmon Arm & across the Lower Mainland.
Whitney has excellence in planning practices that translate in games. Working in class & on ice sessions to identify skills, concepts and drills that will gain results.

Powerskating,
Work with Hockey Canada Skills Coach, Whitney Juszkiewicz, in a skating specific clinic where skating technique is broken down to ensure understanding. Sessions Gear Up with lots of Reps. It takes 10,000 hours of perfect practice to master a skill. Work with Whitney on your skating which is proven to improve overall game play.
This is not a learn to skate clinic.
Skating, Puck, & Checking Clinic,
Work with Hockey Canada Skills Coach, Whitney Juszkiewicz, in specific exercises that will help get your player ready for Try-outs. Learn skills specific to positions; shooting to help create offense, passing with the intention, checking to create turnovers, angling to engage in physical play and skate with awareness of where on the ice to be.
The Checking Component is Not Body Checking.
Rep Prep Conditioning Clinic,
Work with Hockey Canada Skills Coach, Whitney Juszkiewicz, in High Tempo exercises that will get your player ready for Try-outs. Drills will be full ice and multi concepts. Players Must be able to skate and pass with the intentions of trying out for Rep hockey. Focus is a must for these sessions. Players not playing rep in the past will have to add coach reference prior to being accepted.

Withdrawal Policy
*Please note no refunds less than 14 days prior to start of 1st session. If player is unable to participate, less than 14 days prior to start of 1st session, a Doctor's Note must be provided for refund.
There will be a $150 non refundable fee. Players will not be given refunds for dates missed during the program
