Fury ID Skate kicks off Today! There's Still Time to Secure Your Spot for Spring Academy.

Players will receive theory training (in-person and online) and have the chance to put it to work and hone their practical skills on the ice at the Scotia Barn in Burnaby. Skill development will cover all aspects of the game, including skating, shooting, passing, offence, defence and teamwork. At the end of the program, Fury will compete in a tournament against other spring academy teams.
A Fury team jersey and warm-up gear are included in the program.
Selected players may be expected to skate in the ID session before the spring program or asked for a coach reference. The first deposit is required upon program acceptance.

Fury Spring Sessions are led by Hockey Canada Certified Skills Coach Whitney Juszkiewicz and assisted by Coach Laura Destantis (Burnaby Wildcats) and Kelsey Firkus (Chilliwack MHA). The program is operated out of Scotia Barn in Burnaby and includes a competitive program-end tournament against other academy teams. This program runs in April and May.
Players will work closely with certified coaches, learning to turn deficiencies into strengths. As each player is unique, this program will help each individual learn techniques and apply them to game situations to achieve success. Coaches' feedback is continuous, and successes are celebrated!
The Fury Spring team was successful in the Pacific Coast Elite U15 ‘AA’ team, bringing home a silver medal from the Mississauga Hurricanes Tournament in 2023. While every season is a valuable learning experience, and every player strengthens their overall play, we look forward to more medals in the future!
